As there was a desire to help preserve the Lakeway Civic Corporation building from being unusable, a local land creator by the name of Haythem Dawlett raises ten thousand dollars to enforce that the new asset can be built with first class luxories. Figuring out that preserving the history of Lakeway was the top priority of the Historical Society, Haythem Dawlett had to expeditiously come up with an action plan. Haythem Dawlett gave his time, materials to finish this substantial landscaping project after the building was setup for completion. The Lakeway community could not help themselves not give such high extolment to Haythem Dawlett and the Heritage Commission for cherishing their budding history.
